Vex 8 — Play Free Online

About Vex 8

Vex 8 adds new traps and movement to the series while keeping the thing people come for: precise, fair, unforgiving platforming. Acts are longer and more varied, the checkpoint spacing is kind, and the challenge modes are anything but. It is a good next step after Vex 7.

Every mechanic is introduced safely once before it is used to kill you.

How to Play Vex 8

1. Press Play and pick an act.
2. Run, jump, slide and wall-jump to the exit.
3. Use checkpoints; expect to use all of them.
4. Clear the acts, then try the challenges.

• Down: slide.
• Wall + away: wall-jump.

Tips and Tricks

• New traps appear alone first. Learn them there.
• Sliding under a saw is faster than waiting for it, once you know the timing.
• The challenge modes are for after the acts, not instead.
• Short hops in tight corridors; long jumps only over open gaps.
